Elizabeth has worked in international business development and sales her entire career. She has raised capital in the Middle East and Latin America for numerous private equity, venture capital funds, and direct technology and security-related venture opportunities.


She has also worked in strategy development for companies entering new international markets.

Michael is a seasoned sales and business development leader within the SaaS and Business Services markets.  He believes that innovative technology is fundamental to the future of the global economy and a critical building block for improving financial inclusion everywhere.


At SCS, Michael drives business development efforts in the U.S., Latin America, Africa, and MENA regions.  He also oversees the company's expansion efforts into emerging markets.


Originally from St. Louis, Michael has a special place in his heart for Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts where he graduated with honors from Boston College.

Since 2016, he has worked from New York creating Zissmo, the first Secondary Market for Private Companies that can operate worldwide, and the Fraunhofer FIT Co-Creation Partner for North America.


In 2019, he led the region of Chile, Colombia, for NXTP, the second-largest Venture Capital in LATAM. He is currently the General Manager of Tecnocal and is a partner and Managing Partner for LATAM and Europe of Santo de Piedra.

Jeremy is a digital marketing executive and digital transformation consultant in both the corporate and startup worlds. He has served as an executive consultant for several Fortune 500 brands.


Jeremy’s experience spans cloud hosting, data, financial services, marketing technology and software, retail, and insurance. His international experience has brought him to APAC, EMEA, MENA, and LATAM.

Jeremy has an MBA from Tulane University and will soon graduate with a Doctor of Business Administration with a specialization in Digital Transformation. He also holds a professorship where he teaches courses on digital marketing at Texas A&M San Antonio.

Former Executive Director of Administration of the National Electoral Institute for Mexico, where he was in charge of the areas of Financial resources, Materials and Services, Personnel, Administrative Technologies and Security and Civil Protection and Innovation and Processes of the Institute. His experience throughout a career of over 20 years both in the private, social and public sectors, have given him the opportunity to identify best practices to innovate the institutions in which he participates.


He is the Co-author of the NUMB3READER®️ application, which is a tool for monitoring daily government spending and author of the Compass of Government Innovation®️, the 8 Blocks methodology for the institutionalization of innovation in organizational culture®️, from the Canvas de la Brújula de Government Innovation®️ and the Scheme that represents a physical and digital space to Innovate®️, among other registered works.


He also authored the book “Public Innovation. how to be sure of doing things well and also innovating in the public sector ”, as well as the stories for children and young people entitled “Juan Thinkie and the path to Innovation”and “Juan Thinkie in search of the money tree”.


He hold a degree in Law, with Honorable Mention from the National Autonomous University of Mexico and Master in Administration and Public Policy from the Institute For Executive Education, obtaining the Cum Laude distinction.

Ray Close

Before joining SCS, Ray worked for an international consulting firm specializing in business development in Brazil, where he worked on the account of a SaaS client as well as other technology clients.

Additionally, he has experience in business development in the MENA region in a variety of industries. 


Ray also spent time working in the sports business field, where he focused his time on researching and implementing emerging technologies. 

Ray is a graduate of The University of Oregon with a BS in Business.
